Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Blendy: Paint & Seek ("Blendy", "we", "us", or "our"), including our mobile app and website at playblendy.com. By using Blendy, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Blendy. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may use anonymous or Apple sign-in features as offered in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User content

Blendy lets you create, upload, and share images and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content as needed to operate, promote, and improve Blendy.

You agree not to post User Content that:

• Is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or sexually explicit
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains personal information of others without permission
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material
• Is otherwise harmful or inappropriate for a general audience game

Moderation

We may review, remove, restrict, or report User Content and may suspend or block accounts at our discretion to keep Blendy safe. Other users may report content they believe is inappropriate.

Gameplay and virtual points

Blendy includes scores, leaderboards, and other game mechanics. Points and rankings have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be changed, reset, or removed at any time.

Advertising

Blendy may show ads, including rewarded ads for optional features such as hints. Ads are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and policies.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Blendy for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Use bots, cheats, or automation to manipulate gameplay or rankings
• Harass, impersonate, or abuse other users
• Circumvent moderation, reporting, or safety features

Intellectual property

Blendy, including its name, branding, artwork, scenes, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or app assets except the limited right to use the app as intended.

Third-party services

Blendy relies on third-party services such as Apple, Supabase, and Google. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

Disclaimers

Blendy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Blendy. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

Termination

You may stop using Blendy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Blendy after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
